Delivery Policy

     - We offer flower delivery in UAE on all days of the week, Monday - Sunday.

     - Same-day delivery in Dubai is available for orders received until 9 PM.

     - Orders outside Dubai need to be placed a day before delivery. Express delivery outside Dubai with a specific delivery time costs 300 AED, and for Dubai, it costs 150 AED.

     - Non-service areas may incur extra charges depending on the location.

     - Normal delivery timings are 10 AM - 10 PM.

     - Pickup from our premises is available.

     - We accept last-minute requests, subject to availability. For urgent deliveries in UAE, please call or chat with us at +971521820086 to check availability before placing your order (terms and conditions apply).

     - We may call the recipient to verify the delivery location without giving any information about the sender, to maintain the surprise.we may also contact the sender to share pictures of final arrangement before sending out, if sender’s contact details are provided ( whatsapp ) 

     - Our delivery policy may be updated occasionally to meet new requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to visit this section frequently for updates. Changes will be effective on the day they are posted.
