We offer convenient, reliable flower delivery services across all Emirates — 7 days a week.

To ensure the safe and timely delivery of all floral arrangements, the following delivery charges and conditions apply within the United Arab Emirates.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Dubai – AED 50
Sharjah, Ajman & Umm Al Quwain – AED 80
Abu Dhabi & Al Ain – AED 150
Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Khorfakkan – AED 150

Standard Delivery Conditions
• Standard delivery is scheduled within our regular delivery routes and operating hours.
• Standard delivery does not guarantee a specific delivery time.
• Orders will be delivered on the selected delivery date during operational hours.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Dubai – AED 150
Outside Dubai (subject to availability) – AED 500

Express Delivery Benefits
• Customers may request a specific delivery time.
• Alternatively, orders may be delivered as soon as they are prepared and ready for dispatch within AUMÉDAN's operational hours.
• Orders placed under Express Delivery will be prioritized over Standard Delivery orders.
• Same-day delivery is subject to product availability, order preparation requirements, and driver availability.
• Specific-time delivery requests are subject to availability and confirmation by AUMÉDAN.
• While every effort will be made to meet the requested delivery time, delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, building access requirements, security procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
• Express Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Please note: Express Delivery is a premium service that prioritizes the delivery schedule. It does not guarantee an exact delivery time and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of arrival at a precise hour. AUMÉDAN will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the requested delivery timing.

GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• Delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient's location and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including contact number, address, and delivery instructions.
• In cases where the recipient is unavailable, our team will attempt to contact the recipient using the provided contact details. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
• Deliveries to remote areas, hotels, hospitals, government facilities, events, or locations requiring special access may require additional coordination and additional charges.
• During peak seasons, public holidays, and special occasions, delivery windows may be extended.
• AUMÉDAN reserves the right to decline, postpone, or reschedule deliveries in cases of force majeure, road closures, unsafe conditions, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Once an order has been prepared and dispatched, delivery charges are non-refundable.
